AFES Store: Terms & Conditions
Returns of Merchandise:
- Returns of merchandise accepted within 14 days of receipt. Buyer pays return shipping if applicable.
- Holiday Season Returns: Purchases during December may be returned by January 15th of the following year.
- Customized merchandise (i.e.; shirt with name iron-on) may be returned only if defective, and only for replacement. Contact AFES Store for return shipping label.
Returns of Services:
- Prepaid services (i.e.; a pack of lessons or a month of after school programming) may be refunded if canceled before the services begin.
- Refund proration may be arranged for partial completion of services, contact AFES in such case.
Donations:
- Contact us to discuss donating to AFES, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Donations can be made via debit or credit from our Donations page.
